Week 5, Monday, 9th June 2025

     Today, both classes began by reviewing Word Bank #4 and key content from Everybody Up Unit 1  to ensure they were well-prepared before taking their Q1 Assessment. The review covered important vocabulary, sentence structures, and key concepts they had learned throughout the unit. Students actively participated in group discussions, games, and short quizzes to reinforce their understanding. After completing the assessment, I introduced Word Bank #5. The new vocabulary was presented with translations, and students practiced pronunciation through repetition and interactive speaking activities.


     In the Extra English Class, we continued working with Word Bank #5. Students reviewed the vocabulary again, and we practiced using the words in different contexts and sentence patterns. They were also given simple and practical memory tips, such as using word associations and visual cues, to help them remember the words more easily. Students were encouraged to create their own example sentences, which helped reinforce their learning and improve their confidence in using new vocabulary.


     Overall, the students showed great enthusiasm and focus throughout the sessions. Their ability to recall and apply vocabulary in various contexts is steadily improving. It’s encouraging to see their growing confidence in both speaking and understanding English. Keep up the good work, everyone!
