Week 3: Monday, 26th May 2025

    Today, the P5/1 students began their day with the Week 2 Spelling Test. This was followed by a new lesson from Everybody Up, Unit 1: Lesson 2: Feelings. We explored various emotions people might feel during different holiday activities. The class practiced using the target language structure: “I felt relaxed, but he felt nervous.” In the afternoon session, we continued the lesson and focused on the target conversation: “How did you feel when you learned how to dive? I felt relaxed, but he felt nervous.” After the discussion, students completed the corresponding exercises in their Everybody Up Workbook.

     The P5/2 students also worked on the same lesson from Everybody Up, Unit 1: Lesson 2: Feelings. After the discussion, they actively engaged in practicing the target language and conversation through pair work and classroom interaction.Extra English students focused on Word Bank #3, where we reviewed vocabulary and practiced spelling strategies as a group. This allowed students to build confidence in their word recognition and spelling skills.

     Overall, it was a productive and engaging day of learning. Students showed enthusiasm and effort across all classes. Thank you for your continued support in helping them grow both academically and personally.
